Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BAMF.ai, including our web app, macOS desktop app, CLI, API, MCP server, browser extensions (including the BAMF Chrome companion), and any Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex plugins we publish (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating a BAMF account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and credentials. Notify us promptly at support@bamf.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BAMF to violate the terms of service of any connected platform (LinkedIn, X, Google, or others), to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harassing, or to attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions on the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you approve, publish, or send through BAMF, including AI-generated drafts.

Human-in-the-loop posting

BAMF is a drafting, scheduling, and workflow tool. It does not autonomously publish to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or any connected platform without your review and approval. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent or scheduled.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

BAMF retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you input and the content BAMF generates for you, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party platform or model provider involved in generating it.

Third-party platforms and services

BAMF integrates with third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, X, Google, and others) and relies on infrastructure and model providers to operate. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and BAMF is not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAMF and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BAMF.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of BAMF after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
